Alaina Laffranchi San Rubin 11
Jingle R
Constantia Caribou Carbine

Alaina is a very pretty filly with plenty of bling. She has been bred to be an all purpose horse, and has light airy paces. She is by our homebred stallion, Laffranchi, who in turn is by San Rubin 11 who is currently competing at Prix St Georges level dressage in WA. Laffranchi's dam is by Jive Magic, who won at Grand Prix level dressage and was crowned Grand Prix champion in 2010 at SIEC. Alaina is out of Constantia Caribou (paddock name Boo), Boo is by Carbine, now deceased, who was a prolific sire of show horses and budding eventers as well as producing talented dressage horses. Boo's grandsire is Zwion (imp), a Trakhener, and a very talented dressage horse himself, and one of the first imported Trakheners into Australia. This little horse could excel in any chosen discipline, as well as being very competitve in the show ring, with her looks, markings and movement she would certainly stand out. She should mature 15.3hh. Alaina is currently being broken in as of 25th May 2015 (by Ben Johnson) and then will spell for the rest of winter and spring in order to mature. Alaina was restarted late November, had 4 weeks work and is now having another break. Video footage shows her on the last day of 2nd preparation, she spent most of the 4 weeks being ridden out in the paddocks and laneways. Expected to mature 15.3hh.
