Clancy Laffranchi San Rubin 11
Jingle R
Misty Morning R Richmead Medallion
Diamond Delight

Clancy is a very handsome young gelding with lots of chrome that really stands out. He has a lovely expressive trot and canter and can really use his hindquarters. He is quite an elegant horse with substance and a friendly, inquisitive nature. He is by Laffranchi, our homebred stallion by San Rubin 11. San Rubin 11 is currently competing very successfully at PSG and Inter 1 level dressage in WA, and does show talent and enthusiasm over jumps. Laffranchi is out of Jingle R, who is by Jive Magic. Jive Magic was a very talented Grand Prix dressage horse and was crowned Grand Prix Champion in 2010 at SIEC, but niggling injuries over the years curtailed his already successful career as a top level dressage horse. Clancy is out of Misty Morning R who in turn is by Richmead Medallion, himself a very talented Grand Prix dressage horse in a smaller package, now sadly deceased. Medallion was the sire of many successful dressage horses and eventers, one of them bing Mystery Whisper, Heath Ryan's very talented 4 star eventer subsequently sold to the US and competed in the 2012 London Olympics. Misty Morning's dam, Diamond Delight, is by Kennare Snowshoes, a very talented showjumper ridden by Vicki Roycroft many years ago, and he in turn was by Salute, a very successful sire of dressage and event horses, most notably Victory Salute, ridden by Brett Parbury, who competed in the 2010 WEG where they finished 7th, the highest level ever attained by an Australian combination. So with these bloodlines, Clancy has every chance of succeeding in whatever discipline he is aimed at. Expected to mature 16hh. Clancy is currently being broken in as of 25th May 2015 (by Ben Johnson) and then will be spelled for the rest of winter and spring in order to mature. Clancy was brought back into work late November for 4 weeks after 6 months in the paddock and it was if he had not had time off. He is a really fun little horse, with a very willing nature, lovely to work with. Clancy (now 4) is into his 3rd prep, has commenced some light show jumping and and show talent over the jumps easily clearing 70cm with scope to go much higher.
